Do you take commissions?

  • I do! Here is the link to my commission info. Please read carefully and understand that the prices mentioned are where they start. It is not a first come, first serve. Do you sell at conventions?

  • Yes! I go to anime cons and comic cons mainly in Texas. If you have a convention you'd like to see me at, or if you are a convention promoter and would like to invite me to your con, please contact me at darkelfstudios18@gmail.com

Can you combine my shipping if I place multiple orders?

  • Yes! Include a note at checkout with previous order numbers and request combined shipping. Alternatively, email me at darkelfstudios18@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order numbers. If your orders have already shipped, they can't be combined, so please be prompt with requests for combined shipping. If your orders are able to be combined, I will refund any excess shipping charges. 

My product arrived torn/ripped/soaked/etc, what can be done about this?

  • Unfortunately, I cannot control the way the postal services handle the packages after I have dropped them off. However, I understand that this is a frustrating experience and in some circumstances (if inventory allows it) I can try to ship out a product replacement at no cost, or just the cost of shipping. This is a case-by-case basis, so if you contact me with a friendly message explaining what happened and attach photos of the product, I should easily be able to work things out with you.

My order hasn't arrived yet, but was marked "as delivered", what is going on?

  • In my own personal experience, sometimes the postal workers will mark the packages "as delivered" despite not delivering them. Though usually a day or two later, the package will indeed arrive. However, please start by checking your tracking number. If the package has been marked as delivered, contact your post office ASAP to see if they have information on your package. Check with roommates, neighbors, and/or apartment management to see if your package was mixed up or picked up by them.

My order hasn't arrived in a couple days, and appears to be stuck, what can be done about this?

  • Sometimes, especially with overseas orders, packages will get held up in customs for unknown reasons and will be delayed. This is usually normal, but if it appears that the package has been held up for an excessive amount of time it might be because the package has been lost. In this case, please contact me for a replacement to be shipped out. I will only send one (1) replacement package for free after I confirm its been lost via tracking number, so please be sure you're using the correct shipping address in this case.

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

  • No, I do not. All sales are final. This applies to pre-orders and backordered items as well. Please read each listing carefully before purchasing.

Why is the shipping so much? Is that normal?

  • Yes, it is completely normal for standard shipping to be that much. Paying for shipping includes a tracking number and a guaranteed delivery time (after drop off) of 1 to 3 days. 

How durable are these stickers?

  • My stickers are scratch, water, and smudge resistant. My stickers are not recommending to be put on outdoor objects. My decals on the other hand will be UV-proof and water/weather-proof. There are distinct differences, please read the descriptions to understand each product.

The product I'm looking for seems to be sold out, will it be coming back to inventory soon?

  • In most cases, yes. Unless the product was listed as "limited edition" or "exclusive" or "last chance". In those cases, if the product is sold out, it's sold out for good. If the product has just recently been sold out, it's most likely because I didn't add all my physical inventory to the site so don't be hesitate to ask if I still have some available! Subscribe to my newsletter at the bottom of this page to get updates on restocks. I also post product updates on my Instagram stories frequently. 

If I order an in-stock item with a pre-order item, when will my items ship?

  • Orders containing pre-order items will not ship until all items are available to ship. If you need your in-stock items sooner, please purchase them separately.

How do blind bags for buttons, stickers and prints work? Can I request a specific character?

  • My blind bags are a combination of items I no longer sell, or have been damaged in some way shape or form that I can not charge full price for them, but are still able to be used for the purpose in which they are intended for. No, sorry all my blind bags are pre-packaged and random. 

Can you make a Tiktok packaging my order?

  • Yes! Just leave it in the note section with your username if you’d like to be tagged.

Can you send me something for free? I love your stuff but have no money.

  • No. This is my full time job and my prices are very Reasonably priced. Meaning I do not make much profit off of my items.

I accidentally ordered the wrong item / duplicate items by mistake. Can you substitute a different item for me?

  • For record-keeping accuracy, I cannot offer substitutions for any items in your order. However, if you mistakenly order duplicate items, let me know. I can refund you for them so you only receive the quantity you intended to purchase.
